# Website Scroll Video auth.md

Instructions for autonomous software agents, AI operators, and automated services to register, authenticate, and interact with Website Scroll Video APIs.

## Overview

Website Scroll Video supports programmatic discovery and authentication for AI agents. Automated agents can discover metadata, register their identity, exchange assertion tokens, and invoke video capture endpoints.

## Scopes Supported

- `read`: Read public video metadata, pricing, capabilities, and job status.
- `write`: Submit feedback and modify account preferences.
- `video:create`: Request and initiate website scrolling video captures.
- `video:read`: Access rendered artifact URLs and streaming downloads.

## Registration Endpoints

## Authentication Methods for Agents

### 1. Anonymous Agent Sessions
Agents acting on behalf of transient users or evaluating capabilities may request an anonymous bearer token without prior credential setup.
- **Grant type:** `client_credentials`
- **Claim URI:** `https://websitescrollvideo.com/api/auth/claim`
- **Credential type:** Bearer token transmitted in the HTTP `Authorization: Bearer <token>` header.

### 2. Verified Email Identity
Agents representing an identified operator with an email address:
- **Assertion type:** `verified_email`
- **Claim URI:** `https://websitescrollvideo.com/api/auth/claim`
- **Token Exchange:** Submit verified email assertion to receive access tokens mapped to operator credit balances.

### 3. Identity Assertion (ID-JAG)
Enterprise and autonomous multi-agent environments using IETF ID-JAG:
- **Assertion type:** `urn:ietf:params:oauth:token-type:id-jag`
- **Grant type:** `urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:token-exchange`
- **Claim URI:** `https://websitescrollvideo.com/api/auth/claim`
- **Revocation URI:** `https://websitescrollvideo.com/api/auth/revoke`
- **Token Endpoint:** `https://websitescrollvideo.com/api/auth/token`

## Bearer Token Usage

Tokens must be supplied in standard HTTP Authorization request headers:

If a request fails due to missing or expired credentials, the endpoint responds with:
